We have been deeply involved in various projects with Vuong Tam Loc JSC company, Vietnam. They have a strategic partnership with Kimono Brain, Japan.

In 2017, we participated in KB Nam Dinh (KB Nam Dinh is a factory of Kimono Brain located in Nam Dinh Province, Vietnam).

From 2017 to 2018, we focused on learning the entire kimono-making process — from fabric ironing and treatment (Iron), pattern cutting based on measurements (Saidan), sewing each component (Sunui), assembling details (Matome), quality control (KCS), to product packaging.

Between 2018 and 2020, we were directly involved in recruiting and training personnel for four factories in Nam Dinh Province and Ho Chi Minh City.

From 2020 to 2025, we independently developed a unique fabric surface treatment method to enhance final product quality. We also improved the production process directly, helping increase customer satisfaction in Japan.
